Malvern Among PA's Best Places To Live, Niche Says

What ranks did Malvern earn in Niche's new list of the best places to live in Pennsylvania? Find out here.

MALVERN, PA – Malvern has been named among the best places to live in Pennsylvania, according to a new list from Niche.com, which analyzes neighborhoods, school districts and colleges.

Sixty one Philadelphia-area communities cracked the top 100, including Malvern and some nearby neighborhoods and municipalities.

Niche ranks Malvern as the 61st best place to live in the state. Nearby, East Whiteland Township was ranked 21st and Exton 57th.

Chesterbrook in Tredyffrin Township ranked the best overall in the new list.

To calculate the rankings and assign grades to communities, Niche looks at factors like the quality of local schools, crime rates, housing trends, employment statistics and access to amenities. Niche gets its data from government sources like the Department of Education, the FBI and the U.S. Census.
