Man Arrested For Child Pornography After Filming Eastern University Student: Police

A Philadelphia man is facing 147 charges after filming sexual encounters with and taking nude photos of a 17-year-old Eastern University student, Radnor Police said.

Antoine Hall, 25, has been charged with 83 counts of child pornography after authorities learned he had taken nude photographs and videos between January and late April.

A police investigation revealed Hall had recorded four videos of him having sex with the minor, police said in a criminal complain. In addition to the four videos, police found 79 nude images of the juvenile female, according to a criminal complaint.

According to Radnor Police, the incidents were reported on May 18, when a woman came to police headquarters with her teen daughter. The woman said she recently learned her daughter was engaged in a relationship with Hall.

Police interviewed the victim, who told authorities she willingly engaged in sexual activity with Hall. Police interviewed Hall, who they said admitted he had a sexual relationship with the teen and would visit her at her dorm room in Radnor Township.

Police said the female knew Hall was recording the videos but had asked him to delete the recordings, which he did not, police said.

Hall also faces numerous charges of criminal use of a communication facility.

He is confined in Delaware County Prison after being unable to post bail, which was set at 10 percent of $50,000.

His preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 9, court records show.
