Massive Power Outages In Chester County, Over 70K Without Power

Over 70,000 are without power Tuesday night after thunderstorms, rain, and wind gusted across Chester County.

In addition to the outages in that area, a tree fell across I-76 between Exit 330 and Exit 331A near Radnor, closing all lanes.

The worst hit areas were West Chester and Kenneth Square.
