New Bookstore To Celebrate Grand Opening In Wayne

A new bookstore is opening on the Main Line.

North Point Books in Wayne will celebrate their grand opening on Saturday, September 10, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The new store is located on 116 North Wayne Avenue.

A series of events is scheduled for the grand opening. A summary of the schedule is included below:

• 10-11 a.m.: Kadeja L. Wexler: Adventures with the Jujukas; Little Lilly’s First Day of School
• 11-12 p.m.: Jen Bryant; Six Dots: A Story of Young Louis Braille (The Right Word: Roget and his Thesaurus and A Spash of Red: The Life and Art of Horace Pippin)
• 12- 1 p.m.: Cara Bradley; On The Verge: Wake Up, Show Up and Shine
• 1-2 p.m.: Irene Levy Baker: 100 Things to Do in Philadelphia before You Die
• 2-3 p.m.: Chuck Wendig and Fran Wilde: Invasive, Star Wars: Aftermath and Updraft
• 3-4 p.m.: Paul Downs; Boss Life (new to paperback)
• (Pending) 4-5 p.m.: Jim Sundman; Images of Rail: Pennsylvania Main Line Railroad Stations
• 5- 6 p.m.: Judith Stein; Richard Bellamy: Eye of the Sixties

Hours are Monday-Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday-Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday, noon to 5 p.m.
