Newtown Road In Easttown Closing Friday For Pipe Replacement
Pipe replacement work on Newtown Road will close a stretch of the road Friday during the day, PennDOT said.
EASTTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA – Newtown Road is scheduled to close Friday in Easttown Township, according to PennDOT.
PennDOT said the road will close from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, Aug. 10 for pipe work.
The closure area is between Sugartown and Waterloo roads, PennDOT said.

During the closure, Newtown Road motorists will be directed to use Sugartown Road, Church Road and Waterloo Road, PennDOT said.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area.
