Nominations Wanted: 2015 Extraordinary Woman Award

State Representative Warren Kampf is now accepting nominations for the 2015 Extraordinary Woman Award. The 2015 Extraordinary Woman Award recognizes one exceptional woman who resides within the 157th Legislative District (Tredyffrin Township, Upper Providence Township (parts), Phoenixville Borough (parts), Schuylkill Township) who has demonstrated exceptional achievement, personal excellence or outstanding service. To make a nomination, please complete the nomination form on Rep. Kampf's website www.repkampf.com and submit the entry by Friday, April 17, 2015 by 5 p.m. Complete application instructions can be found on Rep. Kampf's website. The award winner will be announced at State Representative Warren Kampf’s 2015 Women’s Luncheon on Friday, May 8th, 2015 at the Pfizer Conference Center, 500 Arcola Road, Collegeville.
