Paoli Fire Co Hiring Part-Time Paramedics, Firefighters

PAOLI, PA — Part-time paramedics/firefighters are being sought for the Paoli Fire Company as the company plans to being offering advance life support services to the community in December.

Starting hourly pay is $18 for non-CDL holders and $20 for CDL holders. The fire company will also pay for expenses occurred to get CDL and once a CDL is obtained the pay rate will increase to $20.

Below are minimum qualifications candidates must possess:
- Firefighter II IFSAC/Pro-Board Certified or Equivalent
- PA Emergency Medical Technician – Basic
- Current CPR/AED
- ICS 100, 200, 700, 800
- Pump Operations 1 & 2
- Vehicle Rescue Technician
- Aerial Apparatus
- Hazardous Materials Operations Level
- Emergency Vehicle Operators Course
- Class B Driver’s License Preferred (Must be obtained within 6 months)
The fire company will being offering advance life support services Dec. 29 and this position will be part of the ner services.
