Paoli Man Celebrates 104th Birthday

PAOLI, PA — A Paoli resident recently celebrated a milestone birthday, and we are here to wish him many more.

Joe Homan, a resident of Daylesford Crossing in Paoli, celebrated his 104th birthday recently.

Homan graduated from Northeastern University in Boston with a degree in Electrical Engineering.

After serving during World War II, he had a 35-year career as an engineer with General Electric.

Known as a “fix-it” man who could repair anything in the house, Homan’s hobbies have also included beekeeping, as well as operating a ham radio.
