Phillies History Lesson Coming To Easttown

Revisit the long and storied history of Philadelphia's baseball team this weekend at the Easttown Library.

Baseball season is upon us. We've broken out our jerseys, dusted off our ball caps, loosened up our gloves, and broken open the Cracker Jacks to root on the Philadelphia Phillies. At least most of us have, we can't speak for transplants from other cities...

Regardless of transplants, the Phillies are a staple in southeastern Pennsylvania and with the season in full swing, maybe you want to look back on how the Phillies became the team we know and love today.

Luckily, the Easttown Library is hosting a special speaker on Sunday, April 30.
