Police: Man Charged Following Lewdness Incident at Paoli Library
A Philadelphia man was charged with indecent exposure, police said.
Tredyffrin Township Police have charged a Philadelphia man with indecent exposure following an incident at Paoli Library.
Around 4:30 p.m. Aug. 23, a woman reported to police that a man was touching himself while speaking to her.
Nathaniel Brooks, 58, of Philadelphia was charged with indecent exposure, police said.
