Police: Man Stole Car During Test Drive
Philadelphia Police assisted in locating the man.
A Philadelphia man stole a car during a test drive at Chesterbrook Shopping Center, Tredyffrin Township Police said.
The victim listed his vehicle for sale on Craigslist, police said, and agreed to meet a potential buyer on Nov. 5 at Chesterbrook Shopping Center. The victim allowed the potential buyer to take the car for a test drive, but the man never returned.
The Philadelphia Police Department assisted in locating Mark Crawford, 27, of Philadelphia, police said.

Crawford is charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and theft by unlawful taking.
