Possession, Underage Drinking; Latest Tredyffrin Police Blotter

Tredyffrin Township Police released its latest crime update, highlighting police activity in the township from Feb. 16 to Feb. 23.

FRAUD

Fe. 16, 6:54 p.m., 300 block of Castlewood Drive in Devon – The homeowner reported they received a package in their name that they did not order. After calling the company, it was determined that the homeowner’s credit card was fraudulently used for the purchase. The case is under investigation.

POSSESSION

Feb. 17, 5:37 p.m., Paoli Shopping Center – Lauren French, 26, of Malvern, was charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia after she was contacted by police.

FALSE REPORTS

Feb. 18, 8:48 a.m., state Route 202 – Colleen Reed, 41, of Philadelphia,was charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia and False Reports to Law Enforcement during a traffic
stop.

UNDERAGE DRINKING

Feb. 18, 1:23 a.m., 900 block of Mt. Pleasant Avenue in Wayne – A 19 year old male from Wildwood, New Jersey and a 20 year old male from Mount Laurel, New Jersey were charged with Underage Drinking after police observed them to be visibly intoxicated.

POSSESSION

Feb. 19, 7:49 a.m. Lancaster Avenue in Paoli – Thomas Childers, 35, of Malvern, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Paraphernalia after he was contacted by police.

UNDERAGE DRINKING

Feb. 23, 2:08 a.m., state Route 202 – A 19 year old male from Bensalem was charged with Underage Drinking after he was contacted by police.

DUI CHARGES

• Michael Dysard, 41, of West Chester - Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) was .176%
• Alyssa Harnish, 29, of West Chester – BAC was .136%
• Francis Shapley, 33, of Philadelphia – Heroin, Codeine, Xanax and Marijuana were present in his system
• Courtney Stanley, 26, of Philadelphia – BAC was .116%
