Public Drunkenness, Disorderly Conduct, Harassment: Recent Police Reports

The following information was supplied by the Tredyffrin Township Police Department. If arrests or charges are mentioned, they do not indicate guilt or a conviction.

• Around 11:50 a.m. Aug. 30 on North Valley Road in Paoli. While on patrol, officers observed a subject stumble and sway as he was walking and throw a cup into the shrubbery. Upon contact, the odor of alcoholic beverage was detected on the actor. Police charged Sibonginkosi Marongedza, 39, of Paoli with public drunkenness and scattering rubbish.
• Around 2 a.m. Aug. 31 at Glenhardie Condominiums. Matthew Kelly, 29, of Wayne was charged with criminal mischief and public drunkenness after he was contacted by police.
• Around 8:30 a.m. Aug. 31 at the Home Properties of Devon. Bakhshinder Bhatti, 44, of Berwyn was charged with harassment after she threw rocks at the victims’ window and yelled obscenities at them.
