Road Rage, 7 Drug Possession Cases: Tredyffrin Police Blotter
Tredyffrin Police charged two people with harassment and disorderly conduct in a road rage incident recently. See full details here.

TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA – Tredyffrin Township Police issued their latest crime report on Wednesday, Feb. 28.
The report covers incidents that occurred between Feb. 13 and Feb. 24 in the township.
Notable incidents include road rage, a theft, and multiple drug possession cases.

POSSESSION
Feb. 13, Route 202 – During a traffic stop, police charged Brian Cashman, 28, of West Chester, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a designer drug, and Carlton Snow, 23, of West Grove, PA with possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.

POSSESSION
Feb. 14, Route 202 – During a traffic stop, police charged Jarrett Shippen, 31, of Wyncote, PA with possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia.
POSSESSION
Feb. 16, Gateway Shopping Center – Officers were dispatched to the report of a suspicious person. Upon contact with the actor, he was in possession of marijuana, related paraphernalia and a stun gun. Travado Coates, 24, of Raleigh, North Carolina, was charged with manufacturing/delivering/possession of a controlled Substance; possession of paraphernalia and possessing an offensive weapon.
THEFT
Feb. 16, Tropical Smoothie Café in Paoli – Raysa Perez, 18, of West Chester, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property after store management observed her pocketing register money.
PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS
Feb. 17, 900 block of Swedesford Road in Berwyn – A 30 year old male from King of Prussia was cited for public drunkenness after officers observed him to be visually intoxicated.
ROAD RAGE
Feb. 20, Route 422 – Officers were dispatched to the report of a physical altercation stemming from road rage. After interviewing the parties, both were charged with offenses. Ime Inwek, 61, of Lansdale, was charged with simple assault; criminal mischief and related offenses. A 40-year-old male from Audubon was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment during the incident.
POSSESSION
Feb. 20, Route 202 – During a traffic stop, police charged George Hughes, 35, of Philadelphia, with the following: possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.
POSSESSION
Feb. 23, Lancaster Avenue in Devon – During a traffic stop, police charged Andrew Hampton-Arrington, 30, of Berwyn, with the following: possession of a small amount of marijuana and related paraphernalia.
POSSESSION
Feb. 24, Lancaster Avenue in Paoli – While on patrol, police observed a pedestrian acting suspicious. Upon contact, the officer detected the odor of marijuana. The male, identified as Patrick Nance, 31, of Paoli, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia; as well as disorderly conduct. It was also discovered that Nance had a warrant for his arrest stemming from a previous incident and was taken into custody by police.
POSSESSION
Feb. 24, 100 block of Swedesford Road in Wayne – Hunter Wolfson, 21, of Flourtown, was charged with the following offenses: possession of a controlled substance; possession of a small amount of marijuana and related paraphernalia after he was contacted by police.
The following individuals were arrested for driving under the influence. The lab results and/or chemical breath testing have been officially verified and determined to be unfit to operate a motor vehicles safely on the roadway
- Miguel Baptista, 46, of Exton - Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) was .107 percent
- John Farra, 21, of Malvern – BAC was .209 percent
- Rebecca Rudolph, 27, of Philadelphia – BAC was .089 percent and marijuana was present in her system.
