September Tredyffrin-Easttown Health Inspections: Lotus Inn, Asia Wok, Executive Café

TREDYFFRIN-EASTTOWN, PA – The Chester County Health Department inspected several eateries in the Tredyffrin and Easttown townships in September.

Of the 12 establishments inspected, Lotus Inn in Berwyn had the most violations with four. Violations include an employee eating over a a wok area, raw protein stored above fresh vegetables, rice spoon timer needed to keep spoons fresh, and the sushi rice pH meter was broken.
