Skybox Debacle Leads To Lawsuit Against Devon Horse Show: Report
A local woman bought a skybox for $20,000 in 2012. Now the Horse Show says she can't use it anymore. So she filed a lawsuit.

A fight over a skybox has reportedly led to a lawsuit being filed against the Devon Horse Show.
Trish Heuber, of Penn Valley, allegedly paid $20,000 for the skybox in 2012, plus an annual "maintenance fee" of $1,800, Main Line Media News reports.
This year, when she paid the fee, the Show returned her check, said she had violated the rules, and refused to allow her into the box, according to the report.

The Show insisted that the $20,000 she put down was a donation, not a purchase, and that the skybox was not hers, the report states.
Show officials also removed Heuber, 62, from her 29-year position as vice president of the Hospitality Committee, according to the report.

It's unclear what rules Heuber broke.
The lawsuit is reportedly asking for about $75,000, which will cover the cost of her donation, plus legal fees.
