Thursday was make-or-break night for the Conestoga High School Varsity Girls basketball team battling it out in the Central League semi-finals against the Upper Darby Royals.

When the buzzer finally rang in th Marple-Newtown High gym , the Pioneers had earned a place in Saturday's championship game, defeating the Upper Darby Royals.
