TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA – Police in Tredyffrin Township released their latest crime report, highlighting police activity in the township between Sept.21 and Oct. 2.
Crimes include drug possession, a stolen vehicle, and numerous theft cases.

POSSESSION
Sept. 21, Route 202 – Police charged Adam Lucas, 34, of Farmingdale, New York, with possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia during a traffic stop.

THEFT
Sept. 21, Paniniz Café in Wayne – Moises Perez, 42, of Philadelphia, was charged with retail theft/under-ringing after the surveillance footage showed him pocketing money from transactions.
THEFT
Sept. 22, Chipotle in Gateway Shopping Center – Meyada Hill, 22, of Philadelphia, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property after she stole money from a co-worker’s wallet.
POSSESSION
Sept. 27, East Swedesford Road in Wayne – Keith Lewis, 25, of Philadelphia, was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance; possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia after workers observed him walking in a construction zone while appearing intoxicated.
RETAIL THEFT
Sept. 27, TJ Maxx in Gateway Shopping Center – Anna Hoffmann, 35, of Chester springs, was charged with retail theft after she intentionally switched merchandise, and paid a lesser price.
POSSESSION
Sept. 29, Valley Forge Road in Wayne – Christopher Birkbeck, 24, of Phoenixville, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana during a traffic stop.
THEFT
Oct. 2, Morris Drive in Chesterbrook – Charles Pitts, 50, of Wilmington, Delaware, was charged with theft by unlawful taking after he was observed taking equipment from a landscaping trailer.
VEHICLE THEFT
Oct. 2, BMW of Devon – A vehicle was reported stolen from the lot. The case is under investigation.
ASSAULT
Oct. 2, Swedesford Road and Valley Forge Road SEPTA bus stop – The victim reported that he was attacked while waiting for the bus. The actor and two others got on the bus, leaving the injured victim behind.
Officers were able to locate the bus and the actor – Kaheil Fleming, 22,of Philadelphia, was charged with simple assault causing bodily injury and related offenses.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE
Oct. 2, Old Forge Crossing in Devon – The victim reported that several tools were stolen from their work van. The value of the tools is unknown at this time.
The following individuals were arrested for driving under the influence. The lab results and/or chemical breath testing have been officially verified and determined to be unfit to operate a motor vehicle safely on the roadway.
- Sarah Hart, 53, of Bethlehem - BAC was .101 percent
- Eric Rathmann, 25, of West Chester – Heroin, Codeine and Ativan were present in his system.
