String Of Vehicle Thefts Across Tredyffrin Put Police On Alert
Thousands of dollars of "high end clothing," among other items, have been stolen from vehicles in Tredyffrin.

Several thefts from vehicles have been reported in Paoli and other parts of Tredyffrin Township over the past week, putting police on alert and causing them to issue a warning to the public.
The first thefts werer reported on October 20 and 21 in the area of Caldwell Road, Dresher Road, and Dresher Way, according to police.
Loose change, “high end clothing,” and a Louis Vuitton duffle bag were among the items stolen from several vehicles in the area.

The total loss from those incidents is estimated at $3,500.
On October 22 at about 8:54 a.m., another incident was reported on Keystone Avenue in Paoli.

Loose change, a pocket knife, and prescription antibiotics were all stolen.
Police said that residents should keep vehicles locked at all times, and to turn on outdoor lighting near their homes as a deterrent.
Residents are also advised not to keep valuables in vehicles.
