Summer Camps At Assumption Academy
Bring your children to one, or a few, of our many summer camp offerings this year.
Just because it isn't Spring yet doesn't mean that we can't start looking forward to Summer. When the final school bell rings in June, make sure that your child has something to do by signing up for one of our wonderful Summer Camps. - For starters, we have our Fun In The Sun Camp that runs for two weeks in early June. This camp is perfect for your young ones who might have older sibling still in school for another week or two. Or maybe you just want to make sure that you child has a chance to meet other children his or her age. Whatever your reason, this camp is a perfect way to start your summer. Week 1 runs June 6 to June 10. Week 2 runs June 13 to June 17.
- Up next is the Cat Chat Vacation Bible School being offered by Our Lady of Assumption Church located right next door to the school. Taking place at the end of June, this camp is open to children ages 3 to 12, making it the perfect place for siblings to spend time together. Filled with faith oriented games, activities, songs, and stories sure to keep your children engaged. This camp runs from June 20 to June 24.
- Returning again this year is our ISIF Camp that is perfect for keeping children active. Running from the end of June to the middle of July, ISIF camp integrates sports with faith, make children move while teaching them how athletics can bring them closer to God. Your child will also be joined by Brett Illig, who was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers, as he explains how sports brought him closer to God. Week 1 runs from June 27 to July 1, Week 2 runs from July 11 to July 15, and Week 3 runs from July 18 to July 22.
- Finally, new this year is Assumption Academy's Back To School Camp. We are proud to offer this new experience aimed at preparing children for the upcoming school year. Our hope is that by mixing in games and activities that children can start the year off on the right foot and be ready to learn when classes resume. Whether a returning student or first time student, this is the perfect way to start off a fresh year. This camp runs from August 29 to September 2.
Whether you can join us for one or all of these camps, know that we are committed to make sure that your child is on the path to success, and that does not stop just because it is summer. We also understand the importance of relaxing and enjoy summer vacation, so our camps mix learning and games to make sure that they are enjoying every experience. And while some of these camps may run for multiple weeks, it is possible to join us for only one or two of those weeks instead of the whole camp.
