Summer Camps Planned For Tredyffrin

Two performance arts camps have been scheduled for this summer at the Tredyffrin Public Library.

A Musical Theater camp will run from August 3 through August 7, run buy teaching artists Sarah Whelan and David Gleichman.

Students will learn the craft of acting in musical theatre by practicing monologues and songs, before showing off their talents in a showcase.

The Choir camp will be held August 10 through August 14 and will be taught by artists Neil Hoban and David Gleichman.

“Build your voice one note at a time as part of a wonderful and exciting musical ensemble,” the ilbrary said in a press release.

The camps are for 5th through 9th graders and will take place from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. on the dates above.

The price is $125 per camper. Organizers urge participants to sign up early due to space limitations.
