Suspect Threatens Man, Steals His Car In Devon: Police
The suspect is being charged with terroristic threats, harassment, and possession of marijuana

TREDYFFRIN, PA -- A man was arrested in Devon on March 11 after threatening a man before stealing his car, according to the Tredyffrin Township Police.
The incident occurred on Friday at around 9:20 a.m. on Patriot Circle.
Ronald Reiher, 22, allegedly took the victim's car "without their authoritization," police said.

Reiher had a prior acquaintance with the victim.
He then threatened the victim and was charged, in addition to stealing the car, with terroristic threats, harassment, and possession of marijuana, police said.

He was taken to prison after he was unable to post bail.
