T&E Care 2017 School Supply Drive Underway
You can help local kids stay ahead in school by donating school supplies, buying gift cards, or donating cash.

TREDYFFRIN-EASTTOWN, PA – The Tredyffrin and Easttown Care group is again holding its School Supply Drive to help local kids stay ahead in school by providing supplies, gift cards, and cash donations.
The drive runs from Thursday, July 6 to Sunday, July 23 and you can help by sponsoring a student or students, getting bulk items, or donating cash or gift cards.
The group is looking to help about 200 students this year.

The group offers various ways to contribute, including offering a generic school supply list for all grade levels, including Kindergarten and college levels. You can download the list online here.

Student sponsor lists and bulk needs are available to view online here.
Donations can be dropped of at two locations: Play It Again Sports, 1004 Lancaster Ave., Berwyn and the Tredyffrin Public Library, 582 Upper Gulph Road, Strafford. The library drop off is in the Children’s Department in the lower level or the Main library on the upper level. Look for the box marked “T&E Care School Supply Drive.”

When you drop off items, make sure the donations check list is accompanying the donations.
While supply donations are needed, you can also contribute by donating cash or gift cards.
You can mail donations or gift cards to T&E Care, ATTN: School Supply Drive, PO Box 2111, Southeastern, PA 19399. Should you plan to send a gift card, email schoolsupplies@tecare.org to let organizers know you will be sending a gift card.
Please make sure the amount of money on the gift card is clearly marked. T&E Care is looking to help about 200 local students and said they are looking for a minimum $25 gift card donation per child.
Cash donations can also be made via T&E Care's PayPal account online here. Check donations should be made out to T&E Care.
Lastly, volunteers are needed for the Sorting Day on Thursday, July 27 at Conestoga High School. You can sign up to volunteer online here.
