Terrain Gardens Offering Behind-The-Scenes Starlit Dinner

DEVON, PA — After being open for nearly a year, Terrain Gardens in Devon is inviting you to get a look behind the scenes at its event space with a special dinner night.

From 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31, Terrain Gardens is hosting a dinner event under the stars to give you an inside look at the new venue and enjoy a three-course meal highlighting summer produce with house wine and beer selections as well as cocktails by artisanal mixologist Aaron Gordon from 13th Street Cocktails.

A full menu for the evening is featured below. Additional beverages will be available for purchase a la carte.

Attendees should print their order confirmation and bring it on the day of the event. No physical tyickets will be issued for this event as the order confirmation serves as your ticket.

• Hush puppies with lobster and ramp
• White gazpacho shooter with almonds and smoked trout

First Course

• Crab salad with grilled grapefruit and sunflower sprouts

Second Course

Hamachi crudo with yuzu and chili

Third Course

• Rice noodles with pickled summer vegetables, szechuan chili oil, jail island salmon and black coral

Dessert

• Preserved lemon bar with lavender gelato
