TESD Elementary Schools Ranked Among PA's Best: Niche.com

TREDYFFRIN-EASTTOWN, PA – Main Line schools are no stranger to accolades, as many often are lauded as the best in the state and in the county. Unsurprisingly, Niche.com's new rankings place Tredyffrin/Easttown School District's five elementary schools as some of Pennsylvania and the country's best.
According to Niche, all five TESD elementary schools were within Niche's top 40 in Pennsylvania.
Hillside Elementary in Berwyn was ranked the state's 11th best and the nation's 102nd best.

Over in Devon, Beaumont Elementary was listed just behind Hillside as the state's 12th best. It was also ranked the 125th best in the U.S.
Valley Forge Elementary in Wayne was ranked the Keystone State's 22nd best, and the nation's 211th best.

Devon Elementary in Devon, and New Eagle Elementary in Wayne, were listed respectively as Pennsylvania's 38th and 39th best public elementary schools. They each earned No. 431 and No. 457 ranks nationally.
All five schools earned an "A+" grade from Niche, which is based on "rigorous analysis" of key statistics from the U.S. Department of Education, as well as reviews from students and parents, the website said.
Eighteen Main Line-area elementary schools made the best 100 in Pennsylvania, with many ranked toward the top, according to Niche. Ithan Elementary School in the Radnor Township School District was ranked PA's best school.

Ranking factors include state test scores, student-teacher ratio, student diversity, teacher quality, grade school ratings, and the overall quality of the school district.
