The agreement stipulates no employees in the union will be outsourced until the 4-year-agreement expires in 2021.

WAYNE, PA – After contract talks began in January, the Tredyffrin/Easttown School Board has OKed a collective bargaining agreement with the district's union that represents employees such as secretaries, custodians, security workers, and other non-instructional district employees.

The district announced Tuesday that the board and the Tredyffrin Easttown Non-Instructional Group (TENIG) reached the agreement at the Monday, Aug. 7 special board meeting.

The agreement allows for an annual 2.75 percent wage increase, makes changes to employee health benefits such as prescription medication plans and spousal eligibility, and prevents outsourcing through June 27 2021.
