Theft, Underage Drinking, Possession: Recent Police Reports

• Around 11:15 a.m. Oct. 23 on the 200 block of East Conestoga Road in Devon, it was reported to police that $200 worth of copper wire was stolen from the cell tower site.
• Around 1:50 a.m. Oct. 24 on Upper Gulph Road in Wayne. Police charged the following subjects with underage drinking: Natalie Ruggieri, 20, of Folsom and Rebecca Barrett, 20, of Oreland.
• Around 11:15 a.m. Oct. 24 on the 300 block of Upper Gulph Road in Wayne, a homeowner reported that a flag was stolen from their property. The value is unknown at this time.
• Around 9:50 p.m. Oct. 25 on Chesterbook Boulevard. Police charged David Kafalmazyan, 28, of Broomall with possession of a small amount of marijuana and related paraphernalia after he was contacted by officers.
