Threats To Tredyffrin Cops Gets Coatesville Woman Jail Time
Jessica Maxwell was accused of making threats toward Tredyffrin Police officers who stopped her on a DUI suspicion.

TREDYFFRIN, PA – A Coatesville woman who was accused of driving under the influence, threatening police, and resisting arrest in July 2016 in Tredyffrin Township has been sentenced to serve jail time after pleading guilty to three of the charges filed against her.
Jessica Maxwell, 34, of Coatesville, was ordered to serve two months in the Chester County Prison after she pleaded guilty to DUI, resisting arrest, and making terroristic threats, according to court records and media reports.
Maxwell was ordered to be on a year of supervised probation after she is released from the prison and will be eligible for work release, according to Daily Local News.

Maxwell was arrested at about 12:07 a.m. on July 10 on Route 202 in Tredyffrin Township where police said during a DUI investigation, Maxwell became physically combative while officers were placing her under arrest.
Daily Local News reports Maxwell made verbal threats to the arresting officers, struggled when she was placed in handcuffs, refused to enter the police patrol vehicle, and tried to pull an officer into traffic.
