TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA —

RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY
Nov. 16, Valley Forge Motor Court — While on patrol, officers discovered a stolen vehicle. When questioned, the operator provided a fictitious name to officers. Preston Neal, 29, was charged with the following: Receiving Stolen Property and False ID to Law Enforcement. The truck was returned to the rightful owner.

FLEEING FROM POLICE
Nov. 16, Route 202 — Officers arrived to the scene of an auto accident. One of the operators fled from police while being questioned, causing the officer to jump out of the way. The operator – Sarah Russakoff, 27, of King of Prussia, was charged with the following: Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police; Recklessly Endangering Another Person; and other traffic violations.

ASSAULT
Nov. 18, Private Way in Wayne — Police charged John Levis, 43, of Wayne, PA with the following crimes after he was involved in a domestic dispute: Simple Assault Causing Bodily Injury, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Nov. 20, Coldstream Drive in Berwyn — A 57-year-old female was charged with Disorderly Conduct following an incident with a school bus driver.

PICKPOCKET
Nov. 18, Trader Joe’s in Gateway Shopping Center — The victim reported her wallet and credit cards stolen from her purse while shopping in the store. The credit cards were used at the Apple Store and Victoria’s Secret in King of Prussia. The case is under investigation.

The following individuals were arrested for driving under the influence. The lab results and/or chemical breath testing have been officially verified and determined to be unfit to operate a motor vehicle safely on the roadway.

  • Gregory Francis, 48, of Wayne, PA - Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) was .282 percent
  • Scott Laudenslager, 35, of West Chester, PA – BAC was .163 percent
  • Maria Vazquez Romero, 37, of Downingtown, PA – BAC was .10 percent
