Tredyffrin Crime Blotter: Assault, Terroristic Threats, More

TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Tredyffrin Township issued their latest arrest report Wednesday.

Forgery, Receiving Stolen Property, and Possession of Controlled Substance
On Nov. 4, 2021, Jason Trznadel, 29, of Philadelphia, and Matthew Stewart 41, of Philadelphia, were arrested after they attempted to cash fraudulent checks at a banking institution in the Paoli section of Tredyffrin Township. Stewart was also found to be in possession of heroin at the time of his arrest.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
On Dec. 3, 2021, Andrew Ridenour, 36, of Pottstown, was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after officers were dispatched to a wellbeing check and found Ridenour sleeping behind the wheel of his vehicle at an intersection in the Wayne section of Tredyffrin Township.

Possession of Controlled Substances, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
On Dec. 7, 2021, Kelly Citrone, 33, of Philadelphia, was charged with Possession of Controlled Substances, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia when officers found her in possession of these items during a vehicle stop in the Malvern section of Tredyffrin Township.

Theft by Unlawful Taking and Receiving Stolen Property
On Dec. 8, 2021, Victor Maldonado, of Brooklyn, New York, was arrested for Theft by Unlawful Taking and Receiving Stolen Property after an officer observed Maldonado acting suspiciously and finding that Maldonado had stolen merchandise from a retailer in the Wayne section of Tredyffrin Township.

Public Drunkenness and Harassment
On Dec. 9, 2021, Barbara Crown, 70, of Devon, was cited for Public Drunkenness and Harassment after police were called to the parking lot of an apartment complex in the Devon section of Tredyffrin Township for a disturbance.

Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, Endangering the Welfare of Another Person, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child
On Dec. 21, 2021, Antonio Maddela, 30, of Philadelphia, was charged with Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, Endangering the Welfare of Another Person, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child stemming from a road rage incident in the Wayne section of Tredyffrin Township.

Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property
On Dec. 10, 2021, Soodonul Taylor, 30, of Philadelphia, was charged with Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property after an officer discovered that he had stolen merchandise from a retail store in the Paoli section of Tredyffrin Township.

Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, and Harassment
On Dec. 15, 2021, Blair Seawright, 24, of Philadelphia, was charged with Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, and Harassment stemming from a domestic dispute at a home in the Chesterbrook section of Tredyffrin Township.

Leaving an Unattended Child in a Motor Vehicle and Drivers Required to be Licensed
On Dec. 17, 2021, Emily Sara Palmer, 33, was cited for Leaving an Unattended Child in a Motor Vehicle and Drivers Required to be Licensed after officers found that she left her child unattended while she went into a restaurant in the Wayne section of Tredyffrin Township, to pick up food.

Aggravated Assault, Strangulation, Simple Assault, and Harassment
On Dec. 21, 2021, an arrest warrant was secured for Darlymir Larkins, 35, of Philadelphia, for Aggravated Assault, Strangulation, Simple Assault, and Harassment stemming from a domestic dispute in the Devon section of Tredyffrin Township.

Retail Theft, Bad Checks, Receiving Stolen Property, and Forgery
On Dec. 26, 2021, an arrest warrant was secured for Khawana Goodwin, 30, of Philadelphia, charging her with Retail Theft, Bad Checks, Receiving Stolen Property, and Forgery after she received merchandise from a Wayne retail store utilizing a forged check.

Simple Assault and Harassment
On Jan. 3, 2022, Ashok Pachaiappan, 45, of Devon, was arrested and charged with Simple Assault and Harassment stemming from a domestic dispute at an apartment in the Devon section of Tredyffrin Township.

The following individuals were charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs. The legal limit to operate a motor vehicle in the Commonwealth is .08 percent. Individuals who refuse a test may be subjected to a license suspension of 12 months, which runs consecutively with any other suspensions. The suspension will be 18 months if the driver has a prior refusal suspension, a prior DUI conviction, or any similar prior offense.

The following individuals were arrested on outstanding warrants:

• On Dec. 2, 2021, Damian Dabney 37, of Philadelphia was arrested in Philadelphia on an outstanding Tredyffrin Township arrest warrant for Identity Theft.
• On Dec. 7, 2021, Cornelius Brunson, of Columbia was arrested by Tredyffrin Towship officers after it was discovered during a vehicle stop that he was wanted out of Maryland for Failure to Appear, stemming from an arrest for Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana.
• On Dec. 23, 2021, Yusef Qawasmy, of Drexel Hill was arrested by Tredyffrin Township officers after it was discovered during a vehicle stop that he had an outstanding arrest warrant in Norristown.
• On Dec. 30, 2021, Wei Han, of Wayne was arrested by Tredyffrin Township officers after it was discovered during a vehicle stop that she had an outstanding arrest warrant in Marple Township.
• On Jan. 1, 2022, Terra Rasmussen 23, of Paoli was arrested by Tredyffrin Township officers after it was discovered during a wellbeing check at a restaurant in the Paoli section of the township that she had an outstanding arrest warrant in Philadelphia.
