Tredyffrin, Easttown To Host Electronics Recycling Event

TREDYFFRIN, PA — Tredyffrin and Easttown townships are co-hosting an event allowing residents and small businesses to recycle electronics this weekend.

The "Anything with a Plug" event runs from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at Wilson Farm Park (500 Lee Rd., Wayne).

Residents and businesses with fewer than 50 employees will be eligible to recycle electronic devices that have a plug.

Fees will be applied on certain items:

• $30 per TV or computer monitor
• $10 per microwave, air conditioner, dehumidifier and dorm refrigerator
• $100 per wooden console or projection TV

Smoke detectors and large appliances won't be accepted, and all data media will be destroyed or wiped, according to the event webpage.
