Tredyffrin And Easttown Summer Camps Begin Monday

You can still sign your kids up to participate in the camps for a summer full of fun.

TREDYFFRIN-EASTTOWN, PA – Both Tredyffrin and Easttown township summer camps are all set to kick off Monday, June 19 and you can still get your kids in on the summer fun.

The Tredyffrin camp will run on weekdays beginning June 19. The last camp day will be July 28. Camp will not be held on July 4.

Kids ages 3 and half to 12 years old can sign up for as many weeks as they want, so if your kids only want to do camp for two weeks, that's doable.

Cost for Tredyffrin Township residents is $75 a week. Non residents pay $100 a week.

Refunds will not be given out once registration is processed.

As for Easttown, the camp will be held from 9 a.m. to noon weekdays starting Monday, June 19 and ending Friday, July 28 at Hilltop Park,570 Beaumont Road, Devon.

Camp will not be held on Tuesday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day.

Kids who have finished Kindergarten through kids entering eighth grade are eligible to participate in the summer camp. Kids entering ninth grade in September are not permitted to attend camp. There are no residency requirement to attend camp.

Children must be registered by the Thursday prior to the week they are attending without exception, the township said.

When completing the application, please indicate the week or weeks your child or children will be attending camp. Children must register for the entire week.

Prices are $50 per week for the first child; $70 per week for two children from the same family; and $90 per week for three or more siblings from the same family, according to the township. Payment in full in advance is required for all weeks of attendance and is non-refundable, the township said.

Financial assistance is available for Easttown Township residents and is kept confidential, the township said. Please call the Township for more information.
