Tredyffrin Health Inspections: Panera, Great American, Redhound

TREDYFFRIN, PA -- The Chester County Department of Health has inspected eight Tredyffrin area locations in the past few weeks, from the period of March 1 through March 22.

Yogorino led all comers with a whopping 9 violations.

Gloves or deli tissue must be used when handling cones, a ready to eat food as bare hand contact is prohibited.

Provide Quaternary test strips at the 3-bay sink. Ensure sanitizer is 200-400ppm.

No hot water was available at the hand wash sinks in the employee and customer restroom. Restore hot water of at least 100F to these sinks.

No sign or poster posted at the handwash sink in the staff restroom to remind food employees to wash their hands. Provide hand washing signage.

The Food Facility Operator shall be the Person in Charge or shall designate a Person in Charge and shall ensure that a Person in Charge is present at the food facility during all hours of operation.

Remove Breville waffle maker as it is not commercially listed.

Install a utility hook above the mop sink so that mops can be hung to dry.

Post the Chester County Certified Food Manager Certificate in public view.

Install base coving at the floor/wall juncture along all FRP wall panels.

Replace the missing ceiling tile and vent above the 3-bay sink.
