SIMPLE ASSAULT

Feb. 2, Leboutillier Road in Malvern — Police charged James Land, 55, of Malvern, with simple assault and harassment following a domestic dispute.
HARASSMENT
Feb. 9, West Central Avenue in Paoli — A 40-year-old male from Paoli was charged with harassment after he was involved in an argument.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE
Feb. 12, Nectar Restaurant in Berwyn — A vehicle was broken into and a bag containing a laptop and charging cables was stolen from it. The items were valued at $2,700.
RETAIL THEFT
Feb. 15, J Maxx in Gateway Shopping Center — Police charged Laura Eberhart, 47, of Collegeville, with retail theft and receiving stolen property after the store’s loss prevention officer observed her concealing items in her bag and not paying for them.
POSSESSION
Feb. 16, Sunoco A Plus, West Swedesford Road in Berwyn — After observing suspicious activity at the gas station and subsequent motor vehicle violations, officers conducted a traffic stop. The occupants were charged with the following: Ronald Ibraheem, 18, of Harrisburg, carrying a firearm without a license; persons not to possess firearms; receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance; Marcus Ibraheem, 19, of Harrisburg, possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia; and Johnny Maxey, 19, of Harrisburg, possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia.
RESISTING ARREST
Feb. 24, Devon Road in Paoli — Police charged James Kerr, 27, of Malvern, with resisting arrest after he would not comply with officers during a warrant apprehension stemming from a previous incident.
The following individuals were arrested for driving under the influence. The lab results and/or chemical breath testing have been officially verified and determined to be unfit to operate a motor vehicle safely on the roadway.
- Kelly Bennett, 42, of Orefield, PA — Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) was .147 percent and marijuana was present in her system.
- Heather Johnson, 30, of Philadelphia — BAC was .177 percent
