TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA – Tredyffrin Police issued their most recent crime blotter Thursday, highlighting police activity in the township between Aug. 15 and Aug. 24.
Police handled crimes such as assault, drug possession, and disorderly conduct in that time.
Police also announced several people who are charged with driving under the influence.

THREATS
Aug. 15, Miracle Ear store in Paoli – Joseph Nowrey, 62, of Folcroft, was charged with terroristic threats after he called the store in an agitated state and threatened the employees.

POSSESSION
Aug. 16, 600 block of West Swedesford Rd in Berwyn – While on patrol, officers observed a vehicle parked by the dumpster. Upon contact with the operator, it was determined that he was in possession of suspected drugs and paraphernalia. The operator, Daniel D’Angelo, 28, of Trenton, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.
POSSESSION
Aug. 18, Lancaster Ave in Paoli – Tiffany Black, 42, of Coatesville, was charged with the following crimes after police contacted her in the parking lot: possession of a controlled substance; possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia; and disorderly conduct. DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Aug. 18, Upper Gulph Rd in Wayne – A 36-year-old male from Devon was charged with disorderly conduct after he was involved in a road rage incident.
PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS
Aug. 24, Rite Aid store in Strafford – A 60-year-old male from Wayne was charged with public drunkenness after officers observed him to be visibly intoxicated
The following individuals were arrested for driving under the influence. The lab results and/or chemical breath testing have been officially verified and determined to be unfit to operate a motor vehicle safely on the roadway:
- Armon Carroll-Burnett, 23, of Coatesville, PA – Marijuana was present in his system.
- Anthony Minor, 29, of Chester Springs, PA - Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) was .192 percent
- Michael Murphy, 18, of Malvern, PA - Marijuana was present in his system.
- Beth Ann Rementer, 38, of Malvern, PA – Marijuana, Valium, Morphine and PCP were present in her system.
- Jaime Lynn Schatz, 38, of Paoli, PA – Clonazepam and Carisoprodol were present in her system.
- David Shaner, 51, of Pottstown, PA – Hydrocodone and Marijuana were present in his system.
- Mindy Welsh, 35, of Reading, PA – BAC was .185 percent
