Tredyffrin Police Blotter: Assaults, Theft, DUI, More
Police charged a Delaware County man with simple assault after a road rage incident in Wayne. See details on that incident and more here.

TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA – The latest Tredyffrin Township Police crime blotter is out Thursday, and it covers incidents from Sept. 15 to Sept. 25.
Police handled several assaults, a theft, a shoplifting case, and a disorderly conduct call.
Police also charged one person with DUI after lab results showed a Virginia resident was driving with a .110 blood alcohol content.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Sept. 15, Panera Bread in Gateway Shopping Center – A 19-year-old female from Philadelphia was charged with disorderly conduct after she caused a disturbance in the restaurant following her employment termination.
SIMPLE ASSAULT
Sept. 16, Swedesford Road in Wayne – Police charged Francis Masse, 49, of Newtown Square, with simple assault following a road rage incident.
THEFT
Sept. 17, Independence Place in Wayne – Police charged Robert Powel, 27, of Wayne, with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property after he stole several pieces of German silverware and sold them at a pawn shop.
SHOPLIFTING
Sept. 25, George’s Music in Berwyn – Store employees reported that an unknown male ran out of the store without paying for items which were valued at $60.40.
The following individuals were arrested for driving under the influence. The lab results and/or chemical breath testing have been officially verified and determined to be unfit to operate a motor vehicle safely on the roadway:
