BURGLARY ARREST

April 8, McDonald’s in Devon – After a thorough investigation of the burglary that occurred in February, Darnell Penn, 37, of Philadelphia, was charged with the following offenses: burglary; criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, and receiving stolen property.

RETAIL THEFT

April 8, Target store in Strafford — Police were dispatched to the report of an attempted retail theft. Donna DiDonato, 51, of Upper Darby, was charged with retail theft; receiving stolen Property and theft by unlawful taking and Natalie Orsini, 49, of Downingtown, was charged with retail theft; receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking, and criminal conspiracy.

ASSAULT

April 18, Orchard Lane in Berwyn — Police charged Paige Mayew, 33, of Berwyn, with simple assault, harassment and possession of a controlled substance following a domestic dispute.

THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS WERE ARRESTED FOR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE. THE LAB RESULTS AND/OR CHEMICAL BREATH TESTING HAVE BEEN OFFICIALLY VERIFIED AND DETERMINED TO BE UNFIT TO OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE SAFELY ON THE ROADWAY.

  • Peggy Ann Hoffman, 28, of Coatesville - Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) was .117 percent
  • David Langdale, 48, of Downingtown - BAC was .150 percent
  • Edwin Moreno-Campa, 40, of Coatesville – BAC was .089 percent
