May 10, Devon Prep School — Following an investigation, it was determined that John Sullivan, 46, of Phoenixville, PA was misusing the school’s business credit card for personal use and expenses. He is charged with the following crimes: Access Device Fraud; Theft by Unlawful Taking and Receiving Stolen Property.

May 16, 600 block of Upper Weadley Road in Wayne — A 32 year old man from Wayne, PA was charged with Public Drunkenness after he was involved in an altercation.
RETAIL THEFT
May 17, TJ Maxx in Gateway Shopping Center — The store’s Loss Prevention Officer stated that two females exited the store without paying for two high-end purses valued at $1899.98.
RETAIL THEFT ARREST
May 17, TJ Maxx in Gateway Shopping Center — Police charged Nicole Mineo, 46, of Collegeville, PA with Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property after she exited the store with merchandise not paid for then attempting to return the items for a refund.
WALLET THEFT
May 20, Nudy’s Café in Devon — The victim, who is an employee reported her wallet stolen after she received an alert from her credit card company verifying a transaction.

May 22, TJ Maxx in Gateway Shopping Center — Police charged employee Ca’Nija Scott, 18, of Philadelphia, PA with Theft by Unlawful Taking and Receiving Stolen Property after she was observed removing money from the register.
THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS WERE ARRESTED FOR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE. THE LAB RESULTS AND/OR CHEMICAL BREATH TESTING HAVE BEEN OFFICIALLY VERIFIED AND DETERMINED TO BE UNFIT TO OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE SAFELY ON THE ROADWAY.
- Justin Augustyn, 37, of Downingtown - Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) was .141 percent
- John Connelly, 43, of Malvern – BAC was .174 percent
- Brent Formica, 25, of Downingtown – BAC was .157 percent
- Cleophas Kalekem, 25, of West Chester – BAC was .081 percent
- Skyy Martinez, 32, of Havertown – BAC was .105 percent
- Jeremy Samet, 39, of Paoli – BAC was .132 percent
