Tredyffrin Police Blotter: Items Stolen After Car Windows Smashed
Police said on two separate occasions at two Berwyn businesses, vehicles had windows smashed and wallets stolen from inside them.

TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA – Tredyffrin Township Police issued their latest crime report on Thursday, March 15. The report covers incidents that occurred between Feb. 27 and March 11 in the township.
Notable incidents include two car windows smashed, an assault, and underage drinking.

RETAIL THEFT
Feb. 27, Paoli Acme store – The store’s loss prevention reported over $300 in medication was stolen from the store. The actor was observed on surveillance concealing items in a reusable grocery bag and exiting the store.

UNDERAGE DRINKING
March 1, Route 202 – During a traffic stop, a 19-year-old male from Spring City, PA was charged with possession of an alcoholic beverage and a 20-year-old male from Phoenixville, PA was charged with underage drinking.
THEFT FROM AUTO
March 4, Main Line Sports Center in Berwyn – The victim reported their car window smashed and their purse stolen. The purse contained a checkbook, wallet with identification, credit cards and gift cards. The case is currently under investigation.
POSSESSION
March 7, Chesterbrook Boulevard – During a traffic stop, police charged Mohammed Nour, 39, of Royersford, PA with possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia.
THEFT FROM AUTO
March 9, Hibachi Restaurant in Berwyn – The victim reported their car window smashed and their purse stolen. The purse contained a wallet with identification, credit cards, and cash. The case is currently under investigation.
ASSAULT
March 11, Route 252 – Police charged David Geiger, 34, of Malvern, with simple assault and harassment after he was involved in an altercation.
The following individuals were arrested for driving under the influence. The lab results and/or chemical breath testing have been officially verified and determined to be unfit to operate a motor vehicles safely on the roadway
- Ciara Harris, 22, of Bethlehem, PA - BAC was .131 percent
- Kelly Keller, 59, of Devon, PA – Ambien was present in her system
- Francesco Moscia, 59, of Downingtown, PA – BAC was .169 percent
- Darrin Thaxton, 41, of Royersford, PA – BAC was .088 percent
