Tredyffrin Police Blotter: Underage Drinking, Shoplifting, More

TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA – Tredyffrin Police issued their newest crime blotter Friday.

The blotter covers incidents that occurred between Oct. 19 and Oct. 25.

UNDERAGE DRINKING
Oct. 19, Conestoga Road in Berwyn – During a traffic stop, an 18-year-old male and a 17-year-old male, both from Berwyn, were charged with underage drinking.

POSSESSION
Oct. 22, Yellow Springs Road in Malvern – Police charged Kent Weaver, 27, of Bethlehem, with possession of a small amount of marijuana during a traffic stop.

DISTURBING THE PEACE
Oct. 25, Home Properties in Devon – A 27-year-old male from Devon was charged with disturbing the peace after he was previously warned for causing loud noise and yelling while wearing a gaming helmet and headphones associated with loud video games.

SHOPLIFTING
Oct. 25, Acme store in Strafford – Store employees reported eight bottles of champagne were stolen by two individuals. After the store’s surveillance was reviewed, the suspects were identified. Monay Vazquez, 32, of Ewing, NJ and Everett Davis, 36, of Trenton, NJ were charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS WERE ARRESTED FOR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE. THE LAB RESULTS AND/OR CHEMICAL BREATH TESTING HAVE BEEN OFFICIALLY VERIFIED AND DETERMINED TO BE UNFIT TO OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE SAFELY ON THE ROADWAY.

• Brian Johnson, 33, of West Chester - Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) was .202 percent
• Alexis Margraff, 65, of Paoli – BAC was .168 percent
• Beth Ann Rementer, 38, of Malvern – Morphine, Codeine, Cocaine, Marijuana, Diazepam and Phencyclidine were present in her system.
• Dalton Wiles, 18, of Wynnewood – Marijuana and Amphetamine were present in her system.
• Irina Zhukova, 36, of Philadelphia – BAC was .120 percent
