Tredyffrin Receives $1.1M in Federal Funds for Paoli Trail Project
The 56 state projects receiving federal funding all improve transportation alternatives, PennDOT said.

A Tredyffrin Township project is one of 56 in the state that will share $33 million in federal funding, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced this week.
Tredyffrin will receive $1.1 million for the construction of a 10-foot wide, asphalt multi-use trail on the south side of East Central Avenue in Paoli, PennDOT said. Part of the project includes are five stamped asphalt raised crosswalks over East Central Avenue at intersecting roadways and the associated 15 ADA compliant curb ramps.
All of the 56 state projects receiving federal funding improve transportation alternatives, PennDOT Secretary Barry J. Schoch said.

“These awards represent yet another way PennDOT is working to broaden the reach of transportation investments in Pennsylvania,” Schoch said.
