Chester County’s COVID-19 call center hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM and Saturday, 9:00 AM - noon. The call center can answer COVID-19 questions and can register individuals who do not have access to the internet, or would prefer to speak to a live person.  You can also use the call center if you are having issues booking the vaccine online.

Vaccine clinic locations
Starting Monday, April 19, we will be holding vaccine clinics at these sites:

• Government Services Center (West Chester)
• West Chester University’s Sturzebecker Health Sciences Center
• Jennersville YMCA 
• Kimberton Fire Company
• Brandywine YMCA in Coatesville
• Three clinics for seniors at the Phoenixville Senior Center, the Brandywine Valley Active Aging Center (formerly Coatesville Senior Center) and the Oxford Area Senior Center.

We also continue to administer the vaccine to our at-home residents and to individuals in community small group settings. We welcome information on any individuals who remain at-home, who may be experiencing homelessness, or who have transportation challenges. If you know of someone in one of these situations, please call 610-344-6225, or email us to register their needs. All Health Department vaccine clinics are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
