CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
Jan. 12, 4:35 p.m., 100 block of Hunters Lane in Devon – The homeowner reported their lamp post was damaged by a BB gun.

POSSESSION
Jan. 16, 4:12 p.m. Route 202 – Karron Smith, 21, of Coatesville, Pennsylvania was charged with Possession with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver; Possession of a Controlled Substance and Paraphernalia.

THEFTS FROM VEHICLE
Jan. 17 to Jan. 19, Hanover Court, Andover Court and Bartlett Road in Chesterbrook – Homeowners reported suspect(s) unknown entered their vehicles during the overnight hours. High-end sunglasses, a prescription, tools and U.S. currency were among the items stolen.
THEFT
Jan. 19, 7:35 a.m., West Valley Road in Wayne – The theft of construction equipment was reported to police. The value of the equipment was $2,450.
POSSESSION
Jan. 20 1:50 a.m., Jefferson Lane in Wayne – Arthur Chapman, 29, of Wayne, was charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia.
THEFT
Jan. 20, 12:39 p.m., 600 block of East Swedesford Road in Wayne – The victim reported her wallet stolen. The wallet contained several credit cards, which had been used for fraudulent transactions by unknown suspect(s). The case is under investigation.
POSSESSION
Jan. 23, 9:51 p.m., Route 202 – Alan Fraelich, 23, of East Norriton, was charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia during a traffic stop.
BURGLARY
Jan. 24, 7:58 p.m., 1000 block of Thomas Road in Wayne – Police responded to the report of a burglary discovered. Missing from the home was at least 1 piece of distinctive jewelry. The case is under investigation.
BURGLARY
Jan. 25, 5:55 a.m., Old Eagle Sunoco station – The front door and window were smashed in by a vehicle and the cash register was stolen. The case is currently under investigation.
RETAIL THEFT
Jan. 27, 1:09 p.m., Paoli acme store – Sibonginkosi Marongedza, 41, of Malvern, was charged with Retail Theft after he was observed taking items from the store without paying for them.
