Tredyffrin's Valley Forge Middle School Celebrates 50th Anniversary
Valley Forge Middle School is turning 50, and celebrating in style with a community event.

TREDYFFRIN, PA -- Valley Forge Middle School (f.k.a. Valley Forge Junior High) is celebrating its 50th Anniversary with a community celebration at the middle school on Friday, May 13, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00pm at 105 W. Walker Road, Wayne, PA. Doors open at 5:30pm with an Alumni Homecoming Parade and photo op at 7:00pm.
Founded in September, 1965 (1965-1966 school year), Valley Forge Junior High included 7th through 9th grade students until 1985 when the school changed its name to Valley Forge Middle School, housing students in grades 5 through 8. The 2015-2016 school year marks Valley Forge’s 50th Anniversary.
The Valley Forge Middle School PTO invites Alumni, families and community members to attend its golden jubilee with a family picnic (bring your own, or purchase food on site), DJ, current and former teacher led outdoor games, inflatables and an Alumni Homecoming Parade. Pre-registered Alumni will have access to “Alumni Headquarters” with complimentary refreshments, memorabilia displays and tours of the school throughout the evening.

Sponsorships are available and donations are welcome. Commemorative 50th Anniversary t-shirts may be purchased in advance of the event.
