Two New Officers Sworn Into Tredyffrin Township Police Department

Tredyffrin Township Police welcomed two new officers recently, as they were sworn into the department Monday by Judge Analisa Sondergaard. Christopher DeCarlo and John Heleniak are Tredyffrin Township's newest stewards of safety and order.

DeCarlo and Heleniak will be formally welcomed by the Tredyffrin Township Supervisors at the upcoming meeting, but the department said the new officers are already on the ground and receiving field training after Monday's swearing in ceremony.

Both have experience with other police departments, according to Tredyffrin Police.
