Vehicle Overturns, Pole Snaps Across Roadway In Tredyffrin Crash
The vehicle rolled onto its side, but the driver got out on their own, police said.
TREDYFFRIN, PA — A vehicle split a telephone pole and rolled onto its side off-road at a messy crash scene over the weekend in Tredyffrin Township, officials said.
The crash happened around 3:25 a.m. Sunday on Swedesford Road, near Valley Forge Road.
Photos shared by the Berwyn Fire Company show a damaged vehicle on its side near a snapped pole, with wires pulled down to the roadway.

The driver was wearing a seatbelt and exited the vehicle on their own, escaping serious injury. They were evaluated at the scene.
Swedesford Road was temporarily closed as PECO worked to replace the damaged pole.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
