Vehicle Windows Smashed, Purses Snatched From Wayne Parking Lot

TREDYFFRIN, PA -- Two vehicles parked in the Goddard School lot in Wayne had their side windows smashes and purses stolen from inside, Tredyffrin Police report.

The incident occurred on February 9 at about 5:40 p.m.

The purses contained identification, credit cards and other items.

The case is under investigation, police said.

Police are urging residents not to keep purses and other valuables in vehicles, even if they are going to be away from the vehicle for a short time.
