Wayne Office Complex Sold For $33.5 Million: Report

WAYNE, PA – A local office complex is changing hands and that change is coming to the tune of $33.5 million.

The Devon Square office complex at 724-744 W. Lancaster Ave., in Wayne is now owned by a Westover Cos. affiliate, according to Philly.com.

Most of the space in the complex is full, the outlet reports.

Businesses such as Merril Lynch, Main Line Surgery Center, and Keller Williams Realty occupy space in the complex.

This is the second major purchase of a Main Line property, as a Radnor-based lab equipment company was recently sold for $6 billion.
