Thank you for viewing my first post on the Patch! I am excited to provide information to educate the consumer as it pertains to financing for a home or real estate in general. We saw some very good activity this past weekend April 12th and 13th. We are seeing multiple offers come in on properties that are priced realistically. With an extended winter, the amount of qualified buyers is overwhelming. Once a home hits the market that is move in ready and priced right the buyers are quick to pull the trigger with an offer. Interest rates are still in the mid to low 4% on a 30 year assuming good to excellent credit. This spring is a fantastic time to be a buyer and a seller!
