Wheel Theft, Assault, Stalking: Tredyffrin Police Blotter
Police said a Frazer man was charged with stalking after continuing to contact a person after being told not to. See the full blotter here.

TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA – Tredyffrin Township Police issued their most recent crime blotter on Thursday.
Crimes include the arrest of an alleged wheel thief from Devon BMW, stalking and harassment, assaults, and more.

WHEEL THEFT ARREST
Feb. 6, Devon Hill BMW – After a thorough investigation was conducted, police charged Edgardo Cartagena, 37, of Philadelphia, with theft by unlawful taking; theft from a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property. The wheels were valued at over $6,000.
STALKING/ HARASSMENT ARREST
May 28 – Police charged Sai Satti, 36, of Frazer, with stalking and harassment after he continued to contact the victim after he was told not to.

POSSESSION
June 24 – Devon Park Drive – During a traffic stop, officers charged Eric Hohenwarter, 28, of Lancaster, with possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia.
THEFT FROM VEHICLEJune 25, 100 block of Upper Gulph Road in Wayne – The victim reported loose change stolen from their unlocked vehicle during the overnight hours. Police remind residents to lock your vehicles at all times, even in your own driveways.
ASSAULT
June 27, 100 block of Lancaster Avenue in Paoli – Police responded to an altercation. Upon arrival, officers observed the actor, Ashley Erkan, 25, of York, with pepper spray, chasing and spraying the victim. Erkan is charged with the following crimes: simple assault; recklessly endangering another person; possession of an instrument of crime; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
ASSAULT
June 28, 700 block of East Swedesford Road in Wayne – Police charged Ajee Brooks-Sanders, 23, of Philadelphia, with the following crimes after she was involved in an altercation: simple assault; terroristic threats; vandalism and harassment.
VANDALISM
July 2, 600 block of Wallace Drive in Wayne – Several mailboxes and a plant holder were reported damaged during the overnight hours.
WALLET THEFT
July 2, Starbucks in Gateway Shopping Center – The victim reported their wallet stolen while they were in the store. The wallet contained ID, cash and credit cards. Before the cards could be canceled, several fraudulent purchases were made.
The following individuals were arrested for driving under the influence. The lab results and/or chemical breath testing have been officially verified and determined to be unfit to operate a motor vehicle safely on the roadway.
- Rachael DeCarlo, 36, of Schwenksville - Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) was .094 percent
- Conor Haney, 31, of Norristown – BAC was .234 percent
- Keith McCarthy, 47, of Phoenixville – BAC was .096 percent
